This policy explains what information Cadory collects when you use this website or work with us, and how we use and protect it. Cadory is a jewelry CAD, rendering and made-to-order studio based in India, working with clients in the USA, UK, Europe and the UAE.

Information we collect

• What you send us: your name, email, country, project details and any sketches, photos or files you share through the quote form, email or WhatsApp.
• Order details: for made-to-order jewelry, the shipping address and phone number we need to deliver your piece.
• Payments: handled by our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card details.
• Website data: our hosting provider may log basic technical information such as IP address and browser type to keep the site secure. We do not use advertising cookies.

How we use it

We use your information to prepare quotes, design and produce your work, deliver files or finished pieces, answer your questions and keep the records the law requires. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Your designs and files

We treat your designs, sketches and project files as confidential. We sign NDAs on request, and we never post client work in our portfolio or on social media without your written permission.

Who we share it with

Only the partners needed to complete your order: casting and stone-setting workshops, couriers, our payment provider, and the email and hosting services we use to run the studio. Each receives only what they need for that task.

International transfers

Our studio is in India, so information you send us is processed there. We take reasonable steps to keep it secure wherever it is handled.

How long we keep it

We keep project files for as long as they are useful for revisions, re-orders and our business records. You can ask us to delete your files at any time, unless we must keep certain records by law.

Order tracking

The Track your order page shows only the order number, a short description of the piece, its production stage and an estimate. It never shows your name, address or contact details.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. If you are in the UK or EU, you have these rights under the GDPR. Email us and we will respond within one month.

These terms apply when you use this website or order CAD, rendering, animation or made-to-order jewelry from Cadory. Your written quote sets out the specific scope, price and timing of each project and takes priority over these general terms.

Quotes and turnaround

Each quote states what is included, the number of revision rounds, the price and the expected delivery date. Turnaround times shown on this site (CAD in 2 days, renders from 3 hours, 360° video in 1 day, made-to-order pieces in 2–3 weeks) are typical for standard pieces. Complex designs, large orders or late changes can take longer; your quote confirms the timing.

Payment

Payment terms, including any deposit, are set out in your quote or invoice. Work starts once the required payment is received.

Revisions

The revision rounds included are listed in your quote. Changes beyond that, or changes to an approved design, may be charged separately and can affect delivery dates.

Ownership of designs

Once you have paid in full, you own the final designs and the files we deliver for your project. We keep the rights to our own tools, materials, lighting setups and any pre-existing models we used. By sending us references or designs, you confirm you have the right to use them.

Confidentiality and white-label work

We keep your projects confidential and can deliver work unbranded so you can present it as your own. We only show your work publicly with your written permission.

Made-to-order jewelry

• Production starts only after you approve the final render.
• Because every piece is made to your design, an order cannot be cancelled or refunded once casting has started, except for a defect in our workmanship.
• If your piece arrives damaged or does not match the approved design, contact us promptly with photos and we will repair or remake it.
• Pieces are shipped insured. Import duties and taxes in your country are paid by the recipient unless your quote says otherwise.

Files for your own production

We check CAD files for castability before delivery. When you produce a piece yourself or through another workshop, the casting, setting and finishing are that workshop's responsibility.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid us for it. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost sales.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
